George founded the High-Trust Leadership Network, is a former naval officer and aviator with a career spanning several leadership roles, including Top Gun instructor, Blue Angels flight leader, combat leader, and division chief at the Pentagon. Today, he’s COO of an aviation company in California, as well as an author, speaker, and leadership consultant. We'll be hearing about his career experiences, the key lessons of leadership from high-stress, high-performance environments, his 5 pillars of high-trust leadership, and as he's a former Top Gun instructor I of course had to take my chance to ask about the movies too!
