Description

Start With Why... or should it be: Start With Who?

Today I'm speaking with Juan Alvarado, Keynote Speaker, Leadership Trainer, Podcaster, and US Amry Veteran about how he discovered Gallup Strengths, became a certified coach, and uses it to help leaders be more intentional about their leadership while knowing & playing to their own strengths. Juan also talks about his experiences with PTSD and how it led to a conflict that in the end made his marriage stronger; and therefore why conflict is a positive, not something to be avoided in business or in life.

Listening to Juan speak about the Strengths model brought two thoughts immediately to mind:

  1. Not all personality tests are created equal, and

  2. Isn't it incredible watching a passionate speaker talk on something they care deeply about, understand extremely well and, in this case, are actively using to help others? A true privelidge to witness, and what a brilliant guest!
