For leaders it's a key step in being able to lead authentically, essential for trust-building and success in the long-term.

My guest today is Eric Sardina, an executive coach who helps his clients find meaning, purpose, success, and overwhelming joy in their lives. He offers a great metaphor for purpose, which I've used in the episode title: it's about making sure the ladder you're climbing is leaning on the right building! We touch on so many important topics in today's conversation, but always tied back to purpose, authenticity, and leadership.
