Hands up if you've ever had to work with someone who annoyed you? Coworker, boss, or employee, sooner or later we all get irritated by something at work. It's an unavoidable part of human nature. But these personality clashes can be a serious problem for a business, and that means it can quickly become an issue that leaders need to resolve.

This week's guest is Ilene Marcus and she literally wrote the book on managing annoying people. Ilene is also the leader behind Aligned Workplace, a company helping Leaders and Founders with their innovation and talent strategy.
