My my my, here we go again. I had the chance to sit down with the coaching legend, Jane Figueiredo. Well-known in England as Tom Daley's coach, she guided the platform master to win his second world championship, Olympic bronze medal and most importantly, Olympic gold alongside his diving partner Matty Lee at the Tokyo Olympics.  

Originally from Zimbabwe, she is a diving Olympian herself - representing Portugal at the Los Angeles in 1984. Jane then left her swimsuit in the changing room to sit in the coach's chair, where she thrives. 7 Olympics, 8 medals and trust me, the story is not over just yet.
