Admiral Garrick Versio knows this to be true when he sees the disabled Super Star Destroyer Executor crash into the surface of the Death Star, causing an explosion. He sends Inferno Squad to Endor with the mission to remove the rebellion threat and restore the shields. When the interrogator leaves, Iden remotely activates her droid, which is being held in another part of the cruiser. The droid locates Iden's cell in the computer system, and, per her instructions, uses the cruiser's ventilation system to reach her.
