Wow!  So much goodness here!  An amazing conversation led by Will with cohost Jon and a bunch of recently transitioned or soon to be transitioning military members - from almost all the services - we had Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps represented... we even had some amazing folks who'd never served before chime in with how important networking is!

Thank you to Joe and Meghan Barnard, Theresa Larson, Kristen Wheeler, Lauren Thew, Clint Blankenship, Clint Musgrove, Michael Allen, James Corbett, Karen Charchan, Jeff Bayless, Jennifer Tracy, Josh Duntz, and Matt Myers for joining - either in a speaking role or simply there to support!  

So much covered today, from feelings of guilt and betrayal to pride and ignorance to anxiety of the unknown.  So much good advice given too - from planning well in advance to networking to doing some deep introspective work to giving yourself grace!  Wow... all I can say is Wow!
