Aarron is a results-driven leader with a diverse background spanning from the US Navy to global corporations. He honed his leadership skills as a Facilities Maintenance Manager at FedEx before ascending to the role  of Global Leader of Worldwide Engineering Systems at Amazon. During his tenure, he  played a pivotal role in scaling Amazon's fulfillment network from 60 to 600 centers. At  Walmart, as Senior Director of Engineering, he further solidified his reputation for delivering operational excellence.
