Noël is a dedicated and experienced privacy professional who brings a deep understanding of global privacy laws and industry best practices to her role as Chief Assurance Officer. She joined TrustArc in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing and enhancing TrustArc’s robust assurance programs, which are at the forefront of privacy and compliance excellence. Prior to joining TrustArc, Noël spent 8 years as a practicing attorney in California. Noël holds a B.A. in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a J.D. from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and an LL.M. from the University of Washington, School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in California and Washington State. She holds the Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) recognition from the IAPP as well as the following CIPP certifications: CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPP/A, and CIPM.
