More about Adam & Crystal: Adam Cherrington is the Vice President of Digital Health and Patient Voice for KLAS, a rMillennium partner dedicated to helping healthcare providers make informed decisions by measuring the performance of technology vendors. Adam plans, executes, and oversees all KLAS research and projects in Patient Engagement; and has overseen many other areas at KLAS including Telehealth, Clinical Decision Support, Pharmacy, Labor and Delivery, and Surgery Management. Adam is the author of several recent KLAS reports on Patient Engagement. Adam’s current passion is to make sure the patient’s voice is heard in healthcare technology and has worked in healthcare for the last 19 years with experience with an electronic claims clearinghouse before joining KLAS in 2012.

With a proven track record in the industry, Crystal excels in leading innovation through fostering collaboration between internal departments and external user communities, providing technical solutions to complex business problems.
