Do you know what ADHD is, ADHD stands for (Attention Deficit Hyper Disorder)

Do you have ADHD or know someone who has ADHD and is feeling the negative stigma of it. Well my guest Jill and her Husband Adam and her 2 kids have made it a mission to show that there is a positive side to ADHD that people pass-over.

Jill and her husband Adam have written a book called The Itchy Brain in which they share all their experiences with everyone in their book.  We talk about how she deals with having three people on the ADHD spectrum her husband, and her two kids and how the kids deal with issues they face with ADHD.

Jill and Adam share stories with me, and how they go about their day, from coming home from school or work and just wanting down time, to her one son who just asks a million what if questions, to her other who just wants to be left alone.  

Jill talks about how she has sent her book out to many people in the ADHD industry and how she gets no reply back to how her book has gotten such great feedback from people all over from family to friends.

Jill and her husband are two of the nicest people I have gotten to talk to, and their mission hits close to home with me, since I too have ADHD.
