Jason Muth has redefined his life and he is now a real estate investor, entrepreneur as well as a short-term rental owner and property manager. He also is one of the hosts and executive producer of The Real Estate Law Podcast. He fell into the world of real estate investing somewhat accidentally in 2015 when he bought his first second home and started renting it out short term. 

He has been a 25-time Airbnb Superhost and a 24-time VRBO Premier Host. He retired from W-2 life after decades of work at some of the biggest media companies in the country (Comcast / NBC Universal, iHeartMedia, and others) and became a full-time entrepreneur in 2022 after our ongoing real estate investing side-hustle became more profitable than corporate life!
