Welcome back to the podcast. Here in a lot of Europe, we are having a heat wave. So as I'm recording the podcast, I have the curtains, these heavy curtains shut on my studio. It is baking outside and it feels a little bit like I'm recording a podcast in a sweat lodge. So I'm looking forward to experiencing the energy of that. Today I'm going to be talking about the purposeful income path. This is a self-guided framework that I've created. It's the first time I've ever created something like this. I created it for myself and it worked so well for me and for my clients that I wanted to share it with as many people as possible. It's launching this week and so I'm using the podcast today. to talk a little bit more about our challenging relationship with money and regenerative work, why I created this framework, why it works, exactly what you can expect inside of it, and how you can take advantage of a really significant discount if you go ahead and join the waitlist. So let's get into it. A little bit of context. I feel like if you've listened to the podcast for a while, you're probably sick now of me talking about the challenge of money. But the reason that I come back to it time and time again is that that is what clients are presenting to me. Everybody who comes to work with me feels stuck around their relationship with money. It is the number one blocker for anybody who is coming into regenerative work it's deeply entangled with our own confidence levels, our own sense of value and of worth. So money really, really cuts very deeply and it has the capacity to keep us completely stuck or spiraling. And I see far too many times people who are coming into the regenerative world of work or and They're still in corporate, but they're really curious and inspired to pursue a more regenerative path. And they just can't seem to find their way forward because of the money piece. Perhaps it feels just too scary for them to think of life outside of that regular paycheck. They've never made money for themselves outside of a kind of salaried relationship. And that feels completely terrifying them to take a more entrepreneurial path. And perhaps they really struggle around the idea of setting their value, of setting a price for their work, for their offering, of selling, of asking for money. That can bring up a lot of really complicated, difficult feelings. And maybe, and I certainly went through this myself, the more that they've learnt about money, about modern monetary theory. the more they've understood the re-entrenched relationship between money and the polycrisis that we find ourselves in now. And they have very strong feelings around money and are looking towards a kind of post-money future, which is something that I share a vision of. But the way that I've come to think about this is that money is as far as I can see, something that is going to be instrumental in helping us to transition to that future. And as long as we don't look at the money piece, or as long as we keep letting money have this control over us, as long as we choose not to harness the power that money has, and I mean that in energetic terms, I think that money is extremely strong energetically. and it has the possibility ability to be something that allows us to make really radical change, that allows us to have huge impact in terms of turning the tide of history and co-creating this regenerative future that we're all feeling our way towards. That money has the ability as individuals to resource us on a really, really deep level so that our needs are met, so that we are comfortable and empowered so that we can continue to do this work. I see so much potential and possibility and money and believe me it took a long time to get there and I am still doing this work and shaping my mindset every day. So if you've left the corporate world of work where you're planning to, the chances are that you're coming up with all these kind of questions. How do I make enough money to support myself and my family? How can I do this without selling out or burning out? How do I even begin? What's going to be viable? Where is there demand? And you get stuck inside of these questions before you even begin. You get into this spiral of indecision and you're bogged down by lack of confidence. and of course you do. I really want to share with you that this is totally normal and human and understandable to feel this way because what we're doing here is so, so new. The whole regenerative economy is emerging as we speak. It's a script that is yet to be written, a path that hasn't been trodden. Problem is, it can be really hard to move out of that stuck, spiralling stage. You just can't seem to find your focus. You keep trying new things and then reinventing and hovering between, oh, I really should get a job, or maybe I can make this work as a freelancer, or do I dare to even dream of starting my own regenerative business? And so what you do is you take course after course and you seek out new qualifications and you do your research and you make your plans. But in reality, you're doing very little action and time stretches out and you still haven't left that job that doesn't serve you. And time stretches out and you still are taking a career break that just doesn't seem to move on. or time stretches out and you've tried so many things, but you've never actually committed and seen something through and proven to yourself that it is possible to make money, support yourself and feel great doing work that really matters. Okay, let's stop. Let's take a breath. Here's the good news. Getting out of that cycle is actually incredibly simple. All you have to do. is to create a framework within which you make decisions and focus on one highly motivating financial goal at a time. Because when you commit and follow through, even if it's not perfect, you prove to yourself that you can do this. You can make money and do work that you feel really good about. And each time you do that, no matter how small you start, Each time you give yourself the opportunity to move to the next level, to dream bigger, to be more ambitious, to have more impact, and that is how you work your way to really big goals, to radical change and impact, and the power to create the kind of world you want to see. Okay let's talk more about why and how I created this program. Because I created this for myself. I, a little bit of background, you may know I was an entrepreneur for 15 years. So I know a thing or two about how to make money. I've built, scaled and sold a successful company. I have sold to thousands of clients I have made. significant amounts of money. I can do all of those things. But when I sold my business, which coincided with me learning more and more about regenerative thinking and the regenerative economy. And as I set out to pursue work that felt more aligned with who I was and with this regenerative worldview that I was learning about, I really found myself spiralling. I was jumping between ideas. I kept floating with giving up. I was taking all the courses. I was reading all the books. I wrote plan after plan and then rewrote the plans again. Because for me, the hardest part wasn't a lack of ideas. It was finding the clarity and confidence to choose just one way forward. And all of the confidence that I'd had as an entrepreneur inside a company with a team and a brand was really challenged. And my lack of confidence, my lack of belief, my lack of kind of real foundation in my worth was really challenged as I came into this work. And I needed to prove to myself that I could make money, doing this thing that had started as just this kind of kernel of idea inside my head, inside my heart that I wanted to pursue but had no external validation that told me, yes, Alyssa, this is a good way to make money. I only had that coming from inside of myself and I needed to follow it and focus it and prove to myself that I was right. And I didn't need a really long-term view. I actually had that part. That part for me wasn't difficult. I... believe this is really important for anyone in regenerative work to have a really powerful long-term vision of the kind of impact that you want to have but that wasn't actually helping me on a day-to-day basis what I needed was a first step that I could commit to so one morning I'd actually taken myself away for like a little kind of mini business retreat to get some perspective on where I was going in my business what was working what wasn't what I needed to change and I was sat at breakfast with my notepad and pen and this framework just came to me and this is how all of the best things I've ever created just kind of they come to me extremely quickly they kind of flow through me and they arrive kind of fully formed and that's exactly how it happened with the purposeful income path I just wrote down these seven questions to myself And I went through the questions and by the end of it, I realised that I had created a simple framework for myself to finally figure this out. I saw just right in front of me, this is what I need to do. This is where I need to focus. And I'm going to commit to doing that type of work until I achieve this really meaningful financial goal. And then I get to reassess. But right now, this is my full focus and I'm telling you, it changed the course of my business. The regenerative business owner that I am today compared to a couple of months ago when I created this framework, completely different. I have so much more energy, so much more focus. I am disciplined without any sense of kind of hustle or, you know, I don't know, sweating myself to the bone. Like I'm balanced in terms of my work and my commitment to my family. and money home and being in nature. I found a way to have all of that work together in service of this goal. I know what I'm doing and the ideas flow and I have energy and drive and it feels freaking fantastic. And now I'm sharing all of that with you because that is the purposeful income path. Seven simple questions, a process that you can go through in less than an hour. if you really focus and protect that time for yourself and this absolute clarity on what it is that you need to do next and the commitment that you're going to make it yourself to see it through to prove to yourself that it is possible so what is the purposeful income path it's a simple self-guided tool so when you purchase the framework you will get access to a series of short videos well where I'll explain each of the steps to you, a bit of the thinking behind them, give you some examples and prompts that will help you to really open up into those questions. And you'll have a workbook where you can go through this whole process for yourself and arrive at that final path. And then you're going to find the sweet spot between what feels easy and what feels joyful. And finally, you're going to choose one good way. to move forward and you're going to make yourself a promise, a real commitment to achieving that goal. So this is not a course, this is not going to take a long time. I sometimes use the word program but that's just habit, it's just a framework, it's just a simple set of questions. It's a way of thinking about this that you probably haven't approached before, I haven't seen anything like this inside of the regenerative space. It's simple, it's achievable, You just go through step by step. You trust yourself. You trust what comes up. You write it down. You arrive at the result. And what you're going to do inside of that process, you're going to build your entrepreneurial muscle. You're going to practice aligned decision making. And you're going to take that first purposeful step towards income and impact. So who is this for?
