In this deep and expansive conversation, Petr interviews AshEL, co-founder of esphera.earth, spiritual healer, teacher, and activist. AshEL shares his extraordinary journey from growing up in Chicago to becoming a global voice in spiritual activism, alternative healing, and ecosystem restoration.

AshEL discusses his diverse upbringing, exposure to multiple cultures, and early education through museums, creative writing, psychology, and music management. His path ultimately led him into transpersonal psychology, shamanism, Taoism, crystal healing, and working with ancient technologies that alter brainwave states and access expanded consciousness.

This episode explores AshEL’s experiences with:

Crystal bowls, ancient Kemet technologies, and Atlantean frequencies
Plant medicine ceremonies and multidimensional beings
Past life regression, lucid dreaming, and parallel realities
Raw veganism, juicing, and spiritual embodiment
Galactic language activation and vibrational healing
Reiki, Sukimari Carida, Shinto practices, and light transmission
Older souls, reincarnation, and soul evolution
Heart coherence, meditation, and frequency-based activism

During the pandemic, AshEL co-founded Essential Food and Medicine, providing healthy food and natural medicine to marginalized communities. This evolved into powerful initiatives including Celestial Church, Elysses Detox Recovery, and Elemental Activism, focusing on trauma healing, land stewardship, spiritual ecology, and non-reactive activism.

AshEL introduces a new paradigm of spiritual activism, where meditation, elemental intelligence, and heart-based coherence influence collective consciousness and global healing—offering an alternative to traditional reactive activism.

This conversation bridges mysticism and practicality, ancient wisdom and modern crises, and invites viewers to explore the deeper nature of reality, consciousness, and planetary service.
