In this episode, Petr sits down with Simeon to explore a raw and transformative journey through spiritual awakening, ego, emotional healing, and personal growth.

Simeon shares how he hit rock bottom in 2019, facing deep emotional pain and suicidal thoughts, which ultimately led him to begin a path of healing through cannabis therapy, meditation, and self-reflection. What followed was a complete life transformation — including overcoming addiction, losing weight, and reconnecting with his authentic self.

This conversation dives deep into the reality of spiritual awakening, including the challenges many don’t talk about:

Facing suppressed emotions and trauma
The healing power of vulnerability, crying, and honesty
The dangers of the ego and “spiritual ego” traps
Daily practices like meditation, journaling, and mindfulness
Transmuting negative energy into growth and purpose

Petr and Simeon also explore the importance of discipline, humility, and staying present, emphasizing that true growth comes from embodiment — not just knowledge. They discuss how self-sabotage patterns, belief systems, and emotional avoidance can block progress, and how to break through them.

The episode also highlights:

The role of plant medicine in emotional healing
The importance of community and support systems
Authenticity vs “performative spirituality”
Developing a student mindset for continuous growth
Integrating spiritual experiences into daily life

This is a deeply honest and relatable conversation for anyone going through awakening, healing, or personal transformation, offering practical tools and real-life insights for navigating the journey.
