Some people think it is the kiss of death and is for weaklings. We both agree that it is not for the weak but for the smart. Rachel and I have both experienced some type of organized therapy. But, we realize that therapy can also evolve from the non-traditional side. Mentions of sex, drinking, drugs, staying busy, hiking and other hobbies and/or activities can act as therapy too.
