Getting a little off tract, like we do, we do understand that the third phase is actually where most of serious healing starts. Discussions of Stella getting her groove back, hoe phase, don’t sit in the silence, no is a complete sentence, ‘I’m done’ is a boundary, self-care, and doing it all by yourself are all touched upon in the episode. We just want you and everyone going through this phase - that all the things you are feeling are normal and we all have experienced it too.
