Chelsea started her career in the health and exercise field as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. While her background and education is in Exercise Science, she had a desire to help people more than just in their physical health. She combined her interest in personal development with wanting to help people live healthier lives with less stress, to create her Self-Care focused coaching business, Chelsea D Coaching, and her podcast The Mindful Self-Care Podcast. Her mission is to empower busy, high-achieving women to put themselves first so that they can have the energy show up as the best version of themselves each and every day. When she's not working in her own businesses, you can find Chelsea teaching Pilates and Barre, curled up with a book, or playing with her dogs.
