Speaking the Language of the Soul
What if your soul has been speaking to you all along?
Not in loud voices or clear instructions, but through whispers.
Through the things that make your heart expand.
The places where you feel deeply alive.
The dreams that keep returning.
The discomfort you can no longer ignore.
The intuition that says yes before your mind has found all the reasons… or no when everything seems to make sense on paper.
We live in a world that teaches us to listen to almost everything except ourselves.
We listen to expectations.
To other people’s opinions.
To fear.
To logic.
To what we should be doing.
But the language of the soul is different.
It asks us to slow down.
To become quiet enough to hear.
To feel rather than constantly analyse.
To trust what we already know somewhere deep within.
Speaking the language of your soul doesn't mean abandoning reason or living in a fantasy.
It means creating a relationship with that deeper part of yourself — the part that knows when something is aligned, when something has run its course, and when life is inviting you towards something new.
And perhaps this is why it matters.
Because when we stop listening to ourselves, we can become very successful at living a life that doesn't actually belong to us.
The soul speaks through sensation, intuition, creativity, desire, dreams, synchronicities, silence and sometimes even through the things that fall apart.
The question is not always “What should I do?”
Sometimes the better question is:
“What is my soul trying to tell me?”
And then…
Are you willing to listen?
🎙️ In this episode, we explore what it means to speak the language of the soul — how we recognise it, how we reconnect with it, and why learning to listen might be one of the most important journeys we can take.
Because perhaps your soul isn't asking you to become someone else.
Perhaps it is simply asking you to come home to yourself.
