Adam Fuseman, CFO of Fuse Service in San Jose, California, left Russia for America in 2017 with the hope of becoming an IT professional. But that all changed after a friend convinced Adam to join his appliance repair business.

That experience spurred Adam to start his own home and commercial service company, which has exploded into a $40 million 25-location franchise.
