Description
Jeff Pelletier is a Canadian ultra long distance runner. Jeff started running seriously at age 27, and after a few marathons, he landed into trail running, which he right away fell in love with. He doesn't chase results and times; instead, he wants to push his body and mind to its absolute limit, taking part in events on longer and longer distances; at the moment of the recording, he was actually getting ready for the Moab 240, a 240-mile race in Utah, spread over multiple days, with little to no sleep. Jeff finished this race in the 2nd place, in 70 h and 53 min!! This episode is an incredible testimony of tenacity and discipline
