For for this new episode, I was very happy to sit with Leon Patty. 

Leon is currently Culture & Change Lead at Schiphol Group, in the Netherlands, he was not yet at the time of the interview. 

He also is a coach and a musician, and you’ll hear why this is important. He’s always being in multicultural environments and often had to adapt to various cultures. In this episode, he shares his remarkable journey through different industries, reflecting on pivotal turning points that shaped his approach to leadership. 

As a coach and leader, he delves into the significance of spontaneity, co-creation, and providing a sense of belonging within teams. We also explored the connection between coaching and jazz music which I thought was very relevant. I hope you’ll enjoy this episode!
