Phase II of The Change Leader’s Roadmap is designed to inform, enroll and inspire your Project Community and all stakeholders of your project in making the effort successful. This phase then develops more detailed plans for both Communications and Engagement so that your stakeholders understand and know how they will be asked to contribute during the change process. Communicating the project’s desired outcomes, case for change and change strategy ensures this understanding as well as demonstrates that the old way of operating is about to end.
