  Hello, I'm Helene. I'm a nomadic entrepreneur. And recently, my business started expanding internationally. Three years ago, on May 29th, 2023, Cosmic Flowers was born in French. And honestly, if there's one thing I want to say, it's this. Believe in your heart-led projects. Because sometimes, what starts as a small inner calling can grow into something far bigger than you ever imagined. Three years later, Cosmic Flowers is now opening to the world and arriving in English as well. I'm no longer connected only to France in the same way I used to be. My life, my travels, the people I meet, everything naturally led me here for a long time. People asked me about my podcast while I was traveling, and I couldn't truly share it with them because it only existed in French. But now... It feels aligned for Cosmic Flowers to exist in both languages. So from now on, this podcast will live in both French and English, depending on the episodes. And today, I wanted to share with you the original episode zero of Cosmic Flowers, now in English, because sometimes a new chapter begins by reconnecting with where it all started. And this feels like the beginning of a whole new chapter. Welcome to Cosmic Flowers podcast, the podcast for women empowerment. I'm Helene, a modern-day fairy, healing soul, coach, and energy therapist specialized in emotional release. Through this podcast, my intention is to help you reclaim your personal power, embrace your vulnerability, become aware of your gifts, so you can fall deeply in love with yourself and become who you truly are. So get ready to radiate your inner sun. My name is Haylin. I'm French-Egyptian, born in Paris, and I am in my early 30s at the time. I'm an energy therapist and coach. I support women on their path of empowerment, whether they are heart-led projects, business launches, or experiences of grief and emotional loss. I like to say that I guide people from emotional release into aligned action. On a more personal level, I feel a deep connection to the archetype of a fairy, a healing soul, a teacher and an initiator of consciousness. I often introduce myself through the sciences and traditions I've studied and embodied, especially Ayurveda and Vedic astrology. In Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of medicine, my constitution is Pitta Kapha, which means I'm mainly composed of fire, water and earth elements. I also have a small influence of air and space in my constitution. I'll share more about this over time in the podcast, so you can also get a sense of your own nature. I have to say, and I have so much I want to share with you, my heart is beating very strongly right now. In Vedic astrology, which is Indian astrology, my sun is in Sagittarius, the explorer. My rising sign is Capricorn, the one of loyalty and structure. And my moon is in Aquarius, the visionary. My soul planet is Venus, which for me means I am here to support and accompany women. My lunar constellation is Shatabishak, also known as the star of the healer, the hundred healers. It is connected to the crown chakra and it gives me a very sensitive psychic nature. It's what makes me deeply connected to the invisible world and to everything around me. I like to believe that the universe made me this sensitive. so I could hold space for healing journeys with compassion and with my whole heart. I am also a traveling soul. I have lived in Spain, Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Cuba, Nepal, Thailand, India, Bali, and I am now in Vietnam. Each of these lands has given me precious teachings that I will share with you throughout the episodes. My intention with this podcast is to empower women you Especially by making mental health, energetic therapies, solo travel, and female entrepreneurship more accessible and visible. I truly feel called to lift the veil on these topics that liberate us emotionally, that empower us, and that reveal our true nature. I deeply feel in every cell of my body that each human being has a gift to share with the world. We all carry precious messages meant to contribute to a more harmonious world. I want to support you in discovering yourself more deeply, in daring more, and in aligning with what your soul came here to embody in this material world. Beyond words and sentences, my intention is to share a vibration with you. I hope that you can feel in every cell of your body this life energy moving through you and guiding you. You'll have understood by now, cosmic flowers. Cosmic is the connection to the divine, to source, to the universe, to God, to something greater than yourself. Flowers represent our collective and individual ability to bloom, to reconnect with our essence and with our gifts. It is the flower radiating its unique fragrance into the world. Throughout this podcast, I will always invite you to take what resonates and leave what does not feel aligned for you. Everyone has their own truth.
