I'm your host, Romaine, entrepreneur, life lover, and your new permission sleep to actually dream bigger. If you're into all things manifestation, mindsets, bold moves, delusional energy, and having the time of your life while building the life of your dreams, then you've come to the right place. Now, and as they say so well in English, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. Hello and welcome to the Made for More podcast. I am so happy to be recording that episode today because... I've been thinking about it for a while now. And by a while, I mean about a year and a half. So that's quite a long time. And I actually want to talk about all of this in this podcast episode about following the inner spark, about going after your dreams, about doing it even if it's imperfect at the beginning. And the reality of being a human and being an entrepreneur and the journey of becoming and unbecoming and everything that life sends your way to make you grow because I think it is a beautiful journey. I am so excited because I know some of my French community is going to be listening to that episode and it's also the first time that I'm going to be able to share something that I've created for my English-speaking friends because if there is one thing to know about me, I mean there is a lot to know about me as like everyone, but I have been traveling for many years. I lived in Australia, lived in New Zealand, the US, Costa Rica. I have met a lot of people over the past years and all of them were English speaking people. And I've had so many of them tell me like, when are you starting something in English? When are you doing something in English? And I don't know, it was either never the right timing or it was, or maybe I was just wasn't ready or yeah, not the right timing or not ready But today I am, and I can already see myself sending messages, telling my friends, like, hey, because I haven't told anyone, like, actually, like, this podcast is a big secret for everyone. Same as my French podcast was, because I never, I didn't tell anyone when I launched my French podcast two years ago that I love. It's called Elle Rêve Grande, which is, like, the French equivalent of Made for More, like, not the exact equivalent. But it is the same energy, like made for more, Elle Rêve Grand, which is literally She Dreams Big. They're both about expansion because my whole message is around expansion. It's around expanding who you are, your happiness, your aliveness, your abundance levels, your joy, your wealth, your money, like everything. Like it's about expansion. I really feel like... We were all, we all came here to become more, not better because I, sometimes I use it, but I don't like to say like better versions of ourselves because like they're not bad version of ourselves. They're just versions of ourselves that are more us, that are more aligned, more true to who we truly are. And others that are wounded, like more wounded and like scared and yeah, like, oh, I mean, you There's so much to say about that. But yeah, I'm just like really excited to be launching this and to be for the first time recording something in English, which feels like it is so natural and also weird because I have been studying everything in English for the past seven years now. All of my mentors are English speakers. All of the programs that I studied and done like are in English. Books that I'm reading are in English. I even journal in English. 80% of my life is English, actually. But I don't know why I never felt like it was... Maybe I never really felt legitimate for launching something in English. I felt like an imposter, which is why it took me so long. I was like, yeah, but people are going to know that I'm not a native English speaker. Although my mom is Irish, but she only spoke to me in English until I was three years old. Then I give all the credit to Britney Spears, actually. Because Britney Spears is the one I grew up with and like, baby one more time will forever stay in my head as a child. But yes, even though I had this, like, so it's funny, even though I am half Irish, I always felt like, yeah, if people hear me speaking English or if people see me on videos and I'm speaking English, they're going to know that I'm not a native English speaker. And my English is not perfect. And sometimes I don't find the words. But this is the example of, and it's something that I want to talk about in this episode, of doing it even when you're not ready, doing it even if it's not perfect, like all of your ideas, everything that's been in your mind that you maybe haven't acted on. I guess this is your time to actually take the leap and just like see what it does and see what it creates. But I'm going to come back on this after. I guess the first thing that would be good to do is introduce myself. So my name is Romane in French. I used to tell people, it's funny, it's the first time that it came to me. I used to tell people, you can call me Romy. So for the past four years, everybody who's an English speaker has been calling me Romy. But you know how our buddy always knows what's aligned or not aligned. And like our buddies always communicating with us. And I never felt like Romy felt aligned. Like I always felt something like it wasn't truly me. And the reason why I say that is because Romy is so cute. Like when you hear Romy, you're like, oh, Romy, I'm not cute. I mean, I can be cute. I am cute. But I'm also like very wild and spontaneous and just. crazy in my own way and I'm a warrior and I go after my things and I go after my dreams and all my goals and I'm passionate and driven more like a warrior rather than like being the cute girl and this is why I also love my name in French Romaine which is the etymology I don't know if you say that in English it means like coming from Rome like the Roman Empire and I love that I love saying like I'm Roman like the Roman Empire But I also hate when people butcher my name because it happens a lot in English. Like they've called me a Roman or Romaine or whatever. And it's funny how the universe works because about a week ago, for the first time in my life, I came across a reel on Instagram and it was a guy and a girl. They were outside and the guy at some point, I don't know why I watched the reel, like it wasn't even interesting. But at some point, the guy said, Roma, get in the car. And it's the first time that I was hearing that name Roma. And I could feel something in my body of like, damn, like I, I love that name. I've never heard that name. I even Googled it to see how many people have that name. So there's about 1,300 people who got that name in the US. I don't know if it's this year or like in the whole life. But I was like, you know what? I'm going to tell people my name is Roman, but you can call me Roma. So if you want, you can call me Roma, knowing that my first name is Roman, but I like Roma. And I think identity is so important. And it's really important also to like really follow your gut instinct and like do things that truly feel aligned. I think that's been the mantra for my whole life. It's just like, if it is aligned, if it feels aligned, I'm going to follow it. If it doesn't, my body is telling me something. I'm not even, I'm not just thinking small context. I'm thinking like big context, like who knows? When I'm going to be like more famous and going to be called on stage, like to speak English and people are going to introduce me, like, do I want them to say like, welcome Roman, Romaine? I'm going to hate it every time. So it's like, oh, this is the universe, like giving me a hint, like help, like sending me kind of help of like, girl, like that's the name you can use in English. You can say like you're called Romaine, but that your name, like people can call you Roma. And I read like Roman, I checked in English, it's the same meaning as Roman. So yeah, all those four minutes to tell you my name is Roman. It's going to be a long introduction. Joking though. I don't want to share my whole story on that episode because I also want to like talk about why I'm doing this. Because I think it's such a good example of... really following your dreams and like trying things just because you want them, because you want to try them and not because they are like valid reasons. And also following that inner spark, like I said earlier, even if it doesn't seem to make sense. Because I know if you're listening, I mean, we're all humans. I know that you have ideas. I know that you have ideas that you may be haven't acted on. I know you have things you want to do that You procrastinate. Are you just like they go in? You just keep living your life and you forget about them. And there is this thing that I love, this quote that says, if it's your calling, it will keep calling you. And me doing something in English has been calling me for a while. I was journaling about it like about a year and a half ago, never acted on it. And about six months ago, I decided to take a break in my business. I'm going to tell you more about what I do also. But I decided to take a break in my business because I felt like something wasn't aligned. I couldn't tell what it was, but I just knew that I needed to come back to myself. I needed to pause everything to actually come back to my center and be receptive enough to receive the messages from the universe. So at the end of September 2025, I actually... kind of like closed on my business. Like I closed down all of my programs. I like shut down everything, even though like, and I like to mention it, like I shut down everything, even though everything was working. I was making between 30K to like 70K a month. I had 100K a month in September. My business was like doing great. I was receiving messages almost daily from clients who were telling me how they were transforming their lives and everything. But I also knew that if I was keeping that comfort? and outside validation, I was just going to continue. And that meant ignoring that little voice inside that told me like, there is something that is not fully aligned. And I believe there are many times in life, because we're meant to grow and evolve as human beings. I believe that there are many times in life where we just hit a glass ceiling. It can be whatever glass ceiling, But we hit a glass ceiling and... Yeah, you could be successful, it could be working, it could be like whatever it is, like a relationship, friendship, business, daily life, sports. But you hit a glass ceiling and you can either stay comfortable or you can like really take the risk to just leave the comfort and open up yourself to the possibility that there is more. And I guess that's also why it's not the main reason, but that's also one of the reasons why the podcast is called Made for More because I do believe we're made for more. Like we're made for more than just ordinary lives. And we're meant for like, yeah, more of ourselves, more expression, more aliveness, more pleasure, more purpose, like more impact, more wealth, like more everything. So that's why I decided to shut down my business. So I closed on all my programs. I haven't had like revenue for six months, which is so interesting also to like master my inner security and like trust in the universe because I'm really being supported in ways that I had not imagined. Like even the government giving me like money back, like a lot of money back. I'm like, damn universe, thank you. But I closed, so I shut down everything, took a three months Instagram break. And then the idea of like doing something in English came back. Like it came back, but I ignored it. And then I felt like it wasn't. a great thing to do because I've built my whole business in French. My whole community is French. My Instagram is French. I have about 13,000 followers, which isn't a lot today because you could get like 10,000 followers in like a week today with Instagram. But it's still a community that I've built. And I love everything that I've done. And I love my community. And there is still something inside that will tell me there is more. And I think that this is important to notice as well, because you could be getting a lot from the outside world, like you could be getting a lot of validation or material success or financial success or anything in the 3D that would validate that everything is fine. But inside, you can tell that something is misaligned. And I really feel like our purpose as human beings is to grow, it's to evolve, and it's always to become more of ourselves. Like it's to become more of our true authentic expression, which is like the most magnetic energy that you can vibrate in the universe. And yeah, sometimes we might not be fully expressed. Well, I mean, most of us, like if not all of us, are not fully expressed because otherwise we would all be living our dream lives. So when I decided to go on a break, my whole point was, okay, there is more. But not necessarily just there is more out there, even though it was a thing. Like there is more impact and more purpose and more whatever. But I could also feel like I know there is more of me that I haven't revealed yet. Probably that I haven't even revealed to myself. Maybe that I'm not accepting about myself. And if I haven't revealed it to myself, I cannot reveal it to the world either. And the whole thing is like when you reveal more of you, You're always reaching a higher timeline. So you're always like getting closer and closer to like the timeline where you have manifested all of your desires. It's like, okay, my whole goal is to reveal to myself more of myself during that break. It's like to get to know me more, to get to see where am I hiding in my life? What am I not expressing? Where am I scared to like show who I really am? Like, yeah, where am I dimming my lights? Because we're... we're all dimming our lights in some way because we're scared to like be seen be noticed or like have judgment from people like there's many many reasons why we actually hide and this is just coming to me now when you hide energetically your desires can't find you like in the field, in the energetic field. Like Rumi said, what you seek is seeking you. So when you're seeking your desires, you have to know that your desires, your manifestations are also seeking you. But when you're hiding parts of yourself, your highest desires cannot find you because you're energetically invisible for them, which is why the whole purpose of life to me is like, and they explain it in Kabbalah and I know in Kabbalah, they say that the purpose of the creator is not for your life to be convenient. The purpose of the creator is for you to be in your highest expression. Kabbalah is the mystic branch of Judaism. It's something that I've been studying for a year now. Also something spiritual. Because yeah, I didn't mention it, but I'm actually a manifestation teacher. She says it only like 15 minutes into the episode. So I'm actually a manifestation teacher in energetics. I focus a lot about... how the energy works and like how manifestation works through the energies and the field and the timelines and all of that stuff like i love all that stuff and i've been doing this for about um so like in my business for about five years and i've been studying it for about eight now and i really really love that stuff it's allowed me to like create my dream life and continue to create my dream life in co-creation with god source the universe i really love it So yeah, in Kabbalah, as I was saying, they really say that the purpose is for you to be in your highest expression. And when you are in your highest expression, that's when you become magnetic to your desires. That's why we always say that the goal is not to focus on the desire, but focus on the person who can hold the manifestations, the desires. So during my break, this whole topic around English came back. it. Just so you know, also, I do share a lot of my life experiences because I believe that first, it is through my own experiences that I can teach. I can only teach things that I've actually experienced. Also, I love with all the mentors that I've had, like, I know the mentors that I've preferred like working with are the ones who are willing to share about their experiences because I can learn from their experiences because they have learned from their own experiences. I don't like to share just like... random stories or like things that I've read online or wherever. I just like to share my own experience because this is where I get my teachings from. So I do talk about myself, but from what I've heard from my clients in my French community, which I know some people are listening, it actually seems to resonate a lot with people. So just wanted to share it, just like signal this. So during my break, it really came to my attention that I have been doing things in English for a while. I, as I said, I journal in English, watch my movies in English, read in English. Like I have friends that I, I speak English every single day in my life. And somehow I was really scared to like step into like, to fully step and claim like my next level or my evolution as maybe a teacher also in the English speaking world. First thing is like I felt like I was abandoning my French community, which is a big thing. And the second thing is, yeah, but like, as I said before, like people are going to know that I'm not a native English speaker or there. I felt like I was lying, even though I'm not lying, but I felt like I was lying. When you expand in your life, when you grow, you're going to encounter a lot of resistance because your ego wants to keep you where you are. It wants to keep you comfortable because it's safe and safe equals like, I'm alive, everything's fine. Growth is scary for your ego. So I've resisted for a while. And then I realized that me speaking English and me doing things in English, it didn't come from the fact that I'm like, yeah, let's do something in English so that I'm going to reach more people and make even more money and like grow bigger. Because that would be very ego driven. Well, I mean, it doesn't have to be ego driven, but in the way that I've shared it, it would be ego driven. But the point of me doing things in English was, is it helping me become even more of myself? Is it me expressing even more of myself or is it not? And I realized that because of everything that I already do in English And. By the way, even in my French business, I do speak English a lot. So my clients are used to it now and I know they love it. But I already like English is already a big part of my brand, like Fringlish, like mixing French and English. It's already a big part of my brand. And most of all, like English is a big part of my expression. To the point where I even said like, I could not be with a man who doesn't speak English, because that would mean that I have to limit myself in how I express myself. Because even with my friends, like, I'll be starting a sentence in French and finishing it in English. All of my best friends speak and understand English, which is funny because you always attract people who are meant for you. But all my friends, the French ones, at least, they speak French and they also speak English or really, really understand English. Because I've had times where I was with people who really do not speak English at all, or even a guy that I dated last year who would only speak French. And I remember, not even in my mind, but I remember in my body how much I had to limit myself. I'm like, I know, but I cannot share it. Because some things, not all of them, but some things come to me more easily in English than they come to me in French. So... To come back to the expression piece around spirituality and manifestation, like becoming more of you, me doing something in English was me expressing more of myself. So the goal is not necessarily, let's grow it like so it becomes a big brand. Let's make millions of euros, like whatever. The goal is like, it's always with everything that you do. The point is always, is that me expressing more of me? or not? And when I found that the answer was yes, I was like, okay, I don't need to know how it's going to work. I don't need to know what my strategy is going to be. I don't need to have everything figured out. I don't need to have a whole strategy. The only thing that I need to come back to is first, does it bring me aliveness? Because that's the main way that I make all of my decisions. If it's giving me aliveness, then it's a yes. If it's depleting my energy, Then it's a no. So giving me energy, yes. Draining my energy, no. So is the idea of starting a podcast in English giving me energy? Yes, it's exciting. I really want to do it. Like, yeah, why not? Is it allowing me to express even more of who I am? And I was like, yes. It's like, okay, so great. Then I don't need any more reasons to start it. And I was thinking about this today. Sometimes we try to find good reasons to do something. Maybe you have an idea, but you're not sure. And then you get into your head and you're like overthinking and you're trying to think whether it's a good or bad thing to do. You're like, yeah, I really want to do it, but whatever. When you have something and in the moment you feel like you really want to do it, that is a valid reason enough to actually do it. Because desire and wanting to do something is creative energy. It is following your spark. It is following your aliveness. And with this English podcast, I was like, even though it took me a while, because it also took me to grow into the person who even gets more of the teaching, like spiritual teachings that I share and come to like the expression piece, which was a big part of my last year. I was like, this is the only thing that I need to know. It's me expressing more of me and it's giving me energy. I don't need the plan. I don't need to know how it's going to turn out. I don't need to know if it's going to be like a million followers or listeners in like a year time or whatever. I just need to trust that whenever in my life and that I say I, but that's applying, like you can apply it to yourself. I just need to trust that wherever in my life where I allow myself to express myself freely. to follow that inner spark, to follow that aliveness, then it's giving the energy for the universe to meet me there and send me the aligned opportunities. But opportunities and people and aligned circumstances or everything in your life can only find you if you're energetically putting yourself out there. And the only language that the universe understands is frequency, It's energy. So me. doing this, it's like sending a signal, it's giving energy to the universe. And then I have full trust. It's crazy. I have such a deep trust in the universe. But I honestly, because I always say my main thing is always, well, my main thing, I have a lot of main things, but there's something I always say is that manifestation and you creating your dream life. is a co-creation process. It is you with the universe. It is you with God. It is you with source. I will always use those words, like take the one that resonates, but you're doing your part and then the universe is doing its part. you cannot be doing the whole thing. Like there are many things that we don't see as human beings, like that we cannot comprehend, that we cannot see, that we cannot anticipate because miracles don't follow logic. Miracles follow energy and miracles happen when you're allowing yourself to follow that aliveness, to follow that energy and then letting the universe do its part and meeting you wherever you've left. So you're like doing it like you're doing one step and then the universe is doing a step. You're doing a step, universe is doing a step. And I really see me doing this podcast as me doing my part of the work. And I remember seeing a sentence one day somewhere on a story on Instagram that said like, when I rest, then God can do the work. It doesn't mean that you don't do anything, but you have to be able to know when you've done your part, when you've done enough and then let the universe take over. And you also have to be willing to take risks and try new things. Like bold moves are a big part of my brand and big part of my personality. Mostly. I'm a huge fan of bold moves. I'm a huge fan of taking risks. And I'm a huge fan of like trying things just for the sake of living life. Just for the sake of like, I'm experimenting. I'm learning more about myself through everything that I'm doing. I don't need to know how it's going to turn out. I don't need to have all of the answers. I just need to follow that aliveness, which is a big thing for me. I just need to know. I just need to follow that and trust that it is enough. Because I just want to feel alive. I want to live a lot of life. I want to discover about myself. I want to get to know more about myself. And I can only know more about myself through life, through experiences, through... trying and then failing and then learning and then trying again or trying something different you can only know if you're gonna love skateboard if you try skateboarding you can only know if you're gonna love soccer if you like try soccer like go watch a soccer game you can only know if you're good at dancing if you start dancing and that's really how I live my life it's I want to try everything I want to experience everything and That's also, I think, what's allowed me to create such a successful business in French. And I will say like very abundant life as well, because I really co-create with the universe all the time. I learned to like do my part and also trust and surrender when I don't know how it's going to unfold. Play with the energy, play with the mantras, play with the prayers, play with the universe, because when you play, then the universe is going to play back with you. So this episode. is actually me playing with the universe and it is me following my spark and I don't want it to be too long for the first one because there are others that are going to come but I wanted to share a bit more about my philosophy and hopefully also inspire you because it's the whole point of why I share what I share inspire you to also act on those ideas to follow those dreams to follow that energy and aliveness and to just try for the sake of trying, trying for the sake of living and getting to know more about life and about yourself. So yeah, I guess I'm gonna leave that first episode there. And I will share more about my story and what I do in future episodes. I have a lot of things to share. Like, I mean, I've created a lot of content in French for the past several years. And now it's just like me expressing even more of me in in English. So I hope you love the episode. I hope it gave you ideas. I hope it maybe like lit up something in you that wants to just go and try that idea. Just go and try that thing. It doesn't have to make sense. Like that's the whole point. It never has to make sense. It just has to bring energy and that in itself is enough. Thank you for your time. I'm so happy you were with me today. To all my French community listening, I hope you enjoyed that episode. To all my friends, I'm so grateful that I get to share that with you for the first time in English. And yeah, I'd love your feedback. If you want to share something, DM me on Instagram. I'll put my handle below. Or yeah, I guess, well, that's the only way to do it for now. So yeah, you can DM me on Instagram or like give a review to the episode. No, I mean, there's only one episode. So wait before you give like a review or whatever. But yeah, DM me. I'd love to hear your feedback. And I cannot wait to see you in the next episode. Have a great day. Bye. Well, I guess we've come to the end of this episode. Thank you for spending that time with me today. I really hope it lit a fire inside of you to dream big and go after everything that you desire. By the way, the podcast is called Made for More.
