Hello and welcome to this week's episode. This is a very short update for Winging It as I thought I'd check in and tell you what I'm up to. I'm currently recording this in El Zonte in El Salvador. That is on the Pacific coast. So pop that into Google and I've been in El Salvador for a week and it's been an absolutely awesome week. I've seen so much stuff. So I've been into the capital San Salvador, done a few tours, walked around the historic centre, been in a few buildings met some great guys and then i went off on the bus the local bus to suchitoto to do some civil war tours and kind of see that first colonial town it's so nice there it's awesome right by the lake chill very quiet very small and overall i'm in central america for a month i've got another seven days here maybe Before heading over the border to Guatemala. I'm going to be there for 10 days, 11 days, something like that. Then I'll make my way over the border to Mexico. I'm going to be based in Oaxaca, the Mexico City, before flying back to Vancouver. And the overall trip is one month exactly. I am collecting all sorts of content for you. There's going to be a whole series on it. To give you an idea, I've completed two interviews already. I've got a third for El Salvador and I'll complete this country. I'm now looking for my interviews for Guatemala and Mexico. I'm collecting sounds, I've got videos, I've got more voice notes, I've got everything you can imagine. And I'm going to create a series where it's going to be eight solo episodes, which will be audio immersive. And there's going to be one episode per country for an itinerary type episode. So just speaking to the mic, telling you what I've got up to, some facts, some figures, some prizes, etc., some budget. And then the interviews, of course, will finish off that series, which will be released in the new year, January and February. I'm really excited to get that off the ground. I can't wait to share what El Salvador is like. It's been an amazing experience so far. And obviously, what's to come? Who knows? So thanks for tuning in and checking into this update. If you've got any questions, you can send me a DM on Instagram. Or you can email me at jameshammondtravel at gmail.com. Also, you can submit a form through my website, wingingitravelpodcast.com. Any questions about these countries, let me know. But I've been in El Salvador seven days at the speaking and recording. So if you've got any questions about this and what's to come, Send me a message and I'll see you on the other side. Cheers.
