✨A few highlights from the show:
1.Moving forward is not a linear fashion. Take one step at a time and move slowly, at your own pace. Heal your way!
2. Give yourself time and space to feel what you feel. There aren't any bad feelings or thoughts.
3. Guilt is a part of the journey.
