Description

Trish Perry is a Results Coach and 10-year breast cancer survivor. Trish helps professionals who have been thrown off track by an unexpected hardship to find their inner power, direction, and balance again to regain success and joy in their lives. Trish WAS that professional 10 years ago, pre-cancer. She had a high-powered job and was raising three kids when multiple adversities hit. She was diagnosed with breast cancer, had a double mastectomy, her 91-year-old father had brain surgery and her sister died of cancer; all within 9 months. Trish’s son describes her life in 2 phases: pre-cancer “Corporate Bad Ass Mom” and post-cancer “Zen Mom”. Trish became a coach by accident and adversity and continues coaching with passion and purpose. This is in her “Zen Mom” phase.

Since 2015, Trish’s coached over 100 leaders to navigate the challenges of life and gain their inner power, balance, and direction to have success and joy in life again. She’s also facilitated dozens of workshops and been a keynote speaker to audiences across the US. Trish is also an author. Her new book, “Real, Raw & Relatable” is her journey from “Corporate Bad Ass Mom” to “Zen Mom” launched on October 4, 2022.

A few highlights from the show:

1. Cancer is a gift wrapped in sandpaper.

2. Cancer is NOT your fault!

3. Create a "grief list" of people you can call on before something happens. Do it when you are in a good place.

🦄About Me:

In 2011, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, out of the blue. I did not have any prior health concerns or issues. Fast forward, the dreaded cancer diagnosis opened my eyes, introduced me to my purpose, and lead me to where I am today.

As a Cancer Doula, I use my 11 years of experience with cancer to support and guide others diagnosed with cancer. Many people are not familiar with what a cancer doula is. Think of me as a personal patient advocate. Schedule a free 30-minute Meet and Greet call to learn more. https://bit.ly/OTOSDiscovery
