Alexis Gladstone is the founder of Intelead, a Chicago-based consulting practice. Intelead designs strategies and programs to help clients develop current and next-generation leaders by designing leadership strategies, delivering workshops, and engaging in one-on-one and group coaching. She has a passion for encouraging and supporting women; helping them develop their confidence and increase their success. Alexis is a sought-after voice on the topics of women and leadership and helps clients recruit, develop, and retain female talent. She is also a two-time breast cancer survivor.
