I'm a Webby Award-winning podcast host and producer, singer-songwriter, public speaker, and creative coach. I believe repressed creativity causes much of the world's suffering, so I want to help you unleash your creativity and step into your authentic self. This show will guide you on that journey. My theory is that we cannot fully unleash creatively if we do not feel we deserve to do so. And so this podcast aims to give you the tools to love, trust, and know yourself enough to hear the creative call and pursue your heart's deepest desires. The main topics Unleash Your Inner Creative covers include mental health, spirituality, the creative journey and process, and self-development. On the show, you'll hear interviews with creative greats like the author of The Artist's Way, Julia Cameron, NPR's Guy Raz, celebrity brain coach Jim Quick, Grammy award-winning songstress Crescent Michelle, and QVC icon Kim Gravel. All interviews share tools to help you become expressed, redefine your relationship with fear, and go after your dreams. You'll also hear coaching episodes with listeners from our community, Minisodes, solo episodes, and even podcasts with my boyfriend, my boif, and family, chronicling creative life and sometimes just having a few laughs. But what you can always expect is that each episode will be focused on looking at unleashing creativity and achieving your dreams and really just living life through the lens of self-development and healing.
