About the episode :
On-Trade (bars, restaurants, hotels): Consumers seek premium experiences, curated selections, and social connection. High-end cocktails, wine pairings, and exclusive spirits are thriving. Key post-pandemic trends include experiential drinking, mixology, and sustainability. Off-Trade (retail, supermarkets, e-commerce): Growth is driven by convenience, price-consciousness, and at-home consumption, especially via e-commerce and DTC models. RTDs, craft spirits, and private-label wines are popular, with digital platforms playing a growing role in consumer choice.
