And maybe there's a few people that's what my career guided me. It was when you work in big corporation, you know, reorganizations are happening. And so a couple of times, I think I was in a situation where I got a change of managers pretty much overnight, I would say pretty fast. So, you know, you get an email on a Friday or you're being told on a call, a larger call, I guess. Oh, you know, starting Monday or starting next week, you have a new person there. So intern moves. And there were always, I think, consistently through my career, like a couple of people, two people who have always reached out and said, are you okay? And you know that, are you okay? And yes, I was okay. But I think to know, okay, there's people who generally care about me, does do something with you. It helps you with confidence through tough moments. It's also something you want to give back to others then. And that, you know, yes, was definitely noticeable for me. I had other people who were maybe not formal mentors, but. have supported me in some of the steps and also told me, hey, you need to be picky in your choice and being allowed to be picky.
