Tsipporah the ExplorerWelcome back to Soul Sistas Sleep Meditations. Hey, hey, hey, Soul Sistas. Happy National Women's History Month. This month is a time of celebration. of women celebrating us queens out here that are changing the landscape, changing the world, really creating a better space and a better society that is more equal and fair, creating a world that we want to live in, creating a world that we want our children to thrive and flourish in. This month is a celebration for the women that are creating impactful work in their families, in their local, regional, and global communities all over the world. This is for the women that are constantly giving back and really building up their communities and really pouring into others around them and working to create a world where they're creating a world that is more fair and just. This meditation, this month, it is for us. I feel like we constantly go unrecognized for our accomplishments, for our impact. So I hope that you can celebrate. this month and really take time to celebrate what we have overcome as a collective and what you have overcome as an individual. I hope we can celebrate that. I feel like as women, we are constantly giving. We are focused so much on our outer worlds and our outer environments, looking to nourish that. And this meditation, we are going to take the very needed and necessary time to examine and reconnect with our inner worlds. And really assess what our inner world needs at this time. I feel we deserve to pay more attention now more than ever to be more in tuned. to our inner worlds so that we have the energy and so that we feel full and whole to give back to our outer worlds and our external environment. and giving back to our loved ones and our people and our passions. So let's start this meditation by getting into a comfortable position, whether that is sitting down or Laying down. Whatever feels good to you, feel free to do. Now that we are in a comfortable... In safe space, let's start by taking a deep inhale in and exhale out. Once again, inhale in and exhale out. Allowing yourself to feel every breath. Allowing your body to thank you for allowing yourself the space to explore your inner world. In this moment, once again, taking a deep inhale in, feeling gratitude for this space, and exhale out, pouring gratitude to your space. Once again, inhale in as you bring your attention inward and exhale out. Another deep inhale in. As we bring our attention to any sensations in our bodies that might be feeling a little off or a little depleted, maybe there's some tension. Allow yourself to bring attention to these places. With every inhale in, allow yourself to bring attention to these places. To focus in on that tension. And then allow your inhale to breathe life. Breathe energy. Breathe light into that space. Breathe. lightness to that space. And with every exhale, allow that heaviness to release. Again, with that inhale in. Allowing that light, allowing that energy of love that you give so freely to others. Allow that energy to flow into those tense spots in your body now. And with every exhale, allow that love and light to be released out. Once again, another deep, deep inhale in as we inhale that love, as we inhale that light, as we inhale that freeing energy. That freeing energy that we desire in our external worlds, allow ourselves to breathe it back, give it back to ourselves in this moment now. allow yourselves to freely reel it back in as naturally as our inhale flows into our lungs and then allows it to fill our bodies up so naturally without thinking, without a thought allow this love and light to enter and allow it to fill you up in this moment It's okay to allow the love back in. It's okay to accept the love. It's okay to freely Let it in. Let it in. As we go into our empowering affirmations. to honor impactful women all over the world. We deserve to pay more attention. We deserve to be more in tuned to our inner worlds. We deserve to pay attention to our intuition. We deserve to see ourselves as equivalent. We deserve to see ourselves as equal to others. We deserve to feel equal. We deserve. To honor our intuition. We deserve to seek and find tools that work for us. We deserve so much. We deserve so much more. We deserve to validate our inner turmoil. No matter how painful it may be, we deserve self-validation. We deserve collective validation. We deserve self-realization. To honor our shared experiences. No matter our race. No matter our orientations. No matter how we identify. We deserve. to honor, to validate these shared experiences. We deserve to speak these experiences. We deserve to serve, to voice these experiences. We deserve the space here and now. Now is the time to attune to our inner worlds. We deserve self-respect. We deserve to believe and trust in our inner truths. We deserve. To honor the words and the messages that our bodies are trying to communicate to us. We deserve. We deserve time. We deserve the space to slow down. We deserve a space for silence. Thank you. We deserve a space to talk to our inner worlds, the messages of our bodies and our souls that are seeking to be heard, that are seeking to have a voice. We deserve to pay attention to them now. So often we neglect the signals. We neglect the signs. But we take this time right now to ask. To ask it. What do you need? What do you need? What do you need? What do you really need? What are you trying to say? I am open and I am listening now. Now that you know what you need, what do you have that can help you give yourself what you need? What do I have? What do we have? Do we have? I have you. You have me. We have we. We have each other. We have our shared experiences. We can lean on each other. We deserve to pay more attention. AsƩ. If you've enjoyed our meditations, we would be incredibly grateful if you could take a moment to show your love in return.
