My name is Olivia Zulke, I am a British - French Gestalt-therapist in Paris.
Some of you have requested that I introduce myself in English, talk about my podcast and describe what Gestalt-therapy is. Gestalt therapy is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes awareness, present-moment experience (“here and now”), and personal responsibility. Psychological distress often comes from unfinished experiences, avoidance, or disconnection from what we feel right now. Gestalt therapy’s “here and now” means paying attention to what you experience in the present moment so you can integrate unresolved feelings and live more authentically.
